Privacy
At Micleta, your cyclist information is yours. We collect only what the app needs to work —your bikes, their mileage, your maintenance history, and your bookings— and nothing more.
Your data
What we store
- Your profile: name, email, and city.
- Your bikes and their service history, with photos and costs.
- Mileage, entered manually or synced from Strava.
What we DON'T do
- We never sell your data to third parties.
- We don't share your private history with shops or anyone.
Your control
Your data belongs to you. Ask for a copy or delete your account and all your history whenever you want — just write to us and we'll take care of it.
Strava connection
If you connect Strava, we access only the information needed to add mileage to the correct bike. The connection is optional and you can revoke it at any time from your profile or from Strava.
Terms of use
Micleta is in private beta in Medellín. While we build it alongside the community, the service is offered as-is and may change as we improve it.
Your account
You're responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account secure. The cyclist subscription is $2/mo; founding shops don't pay during the beta.
Fair use
We ask you to use Micleta in good faith: don't abuse the service, don't upload content that isn't yours, and respect shops and fellow cyclists.
